We were formerly known as Kraf Technologies. Over the years, we worked closely with B2B AI software companies and ran client-side engagements that put us shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders and product teams we served. As OrynticLabs, we've simply doubled down on what we've always done best — building customer relationships that last, and shipping work that keeps compounding for the businesses we partner with.
The rename was not a pivot — it was a sharpening. Kraf Technologies grew up servicing B2B AI software companies and operating as an embedded client-side delivery team. OrynticLabs is that same craft, packaged for a wider set of clients: engineering, design and growth delivered as one squad, from one office in Rewa, with one accountable team. The principles, the people, the standards — all carry forward.
B2B AI software at the core — RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, evals, internal copilots, production AI features inside SaaS products. Around that, we run the full client-side stack: web and mobile builds, integrations, growth engineering, marketing infrastructure and the long-arc relationship work that turns a one-off project into a multi-year partnership.
Decisions are made in writing. Every major call gets a short memo with the decision, the rationale, and the dissents — and that archive is open to the whole team. Leadership at OrynticLabs is unglamorous: it is the work of making sure the engineer, designer or growth lead three desks away can do their best work today. Customer relationships are the central artefact we manage; everything else is downstream of that.
