The story behind OrynticLabs — a Rewa software and growth studio built to end the agency handoff problem.
OrynticLabs started in 2021 as a simple frustration. Most teams we knew were running a marketing agency, a design studio and a software development company in parallel — three vendors, three invoices, three sets of priorities, and no one actually accountable for the result. We figured there had to be a better way to build products and grow a brand under one roof. So we started OrynticLabs Private Limited as an independent company out of Rewa, India.
Three patterns kept showing up. First: senior people pitch, junior people deliver. Second: scope creep is treated as a client problem to manage rather than a leadership failure to prevent. Third: marketing, design and engineering each report to different bosses who optimize for their own KPI. The customer outcome falls through the cracks every time.
We bet that a small, senior, multi-disciplinary team — one squad that owns the whole loop from positioning to production — would beat a stitched-together agency stack on outcomes, speed and honesty. Five years in, that bet has paid off. We have shipped 40+ projects, served 300+ happy customers, and never used a recruiter.
2021
Started as a two-person team in Rewa, building digital products for early-stage startups. First clients came entirely from referrals — before we had a website.
2022
Grew to 12 engineers, designers and marketers. Shipped our first AI-integrated product to production — a customer-support assistant that handled 60% of L1 tickets within 90 days.
2023
Combined engineering and growth into one squad model — a single team accountable for both build and traction. Renamed our PM role to "Squad Lead" and never looked back.
2024
Started serving clients across the US, EU and Southeast Asia from a single Rewa-based team — proving the unified-squad model travels across timezones.

The original frustration is still our north star. We measure success not in deliverables shipped, but in customer outcomes moved — revenue, retention, brand equity. Everything else is a side-effect of doing that well. When a project ends and we cannot point at a number that moved, we treat it as a failure to learn from, not a win to celebrate.
The next chapter is depth, not breadth. We are not racing to 200 people. We are racing to be the team that the best founders ask for by name. That means more senior hires, more ownership-first contracts, and continued investment in the boring foundations — internal tooling, eval suites, design systems — that make every project after the next one easier than the last.
