By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms apply to your use of the Website. Paid engagements (consulting, development, growth services) are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). In case of conflict, the MSA / SOW prevails for the paid engagement.

- “OrynticLabs”, “we”, “us” — OrynticLabs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India.
- “Website” — orynticlabs.com and any sub-domain or related page operated by us.
- “Services” — the engineering, design, marketing or growth services we provide under a signed agreement.
- “User”, “you” — any individual or entity accessing the Website.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and in good faith. You will not:
- Attempt to interfere with, probe or scan the Website infrastructure.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to harvest data without prior written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or copy substantial portions of the site.
- Submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing or unlawful.
- Use the Website to transmit malware, spam or harmful code.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — text, graphics, code, design, logos and trademarks — is owned by OrynticLabs Private Limited or its licensors, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. Limited use for personal, non-commercial review (e.g. fair use) is permitted; any other use requires our prior written consent.
Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are governed by the IP-assignment clause of the signed MSA / SOW (typically full IP assignment to the client upon payment).
5. User submissions & feedback
If you submit a message, application, idea or feedback through the Website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose of responding to you, operating our business and improving our services. We treat submissions confidentially in line with our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
6. Paid engagements
Information on the Website about our services is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding engagement is created only when both parties sign an MSA and an SOW (or equivalent written contract).
Pricing displayed on the Website is indicative. Final pricing is agreed in writing for each engagement based on scope, timeline and team composition.
7. Third-party services & links
The Website may link to or embed third-party services (e.g. analytics, social embeds, code libraries, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrynticLabs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Website (excluding paid engagements, which have their own liability terms in the MSA) shall not exceed ₹10,000 (INR ten thousand).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OrynticLabs Private Limited and our employees, directors and agents from any claim, demand, loss or liability (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Website.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including any breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, India.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
