OrynticLabs is a digital engineering and growth studio operated by OrynticLabs Private Limited, a company registered in India. Our registered office is at Ward 14, Main Stand, Mangawan, Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, 486111.

We are the data controller for any personal data you submit through this website. For data we process on behalf of a client during a paid engagement, the client is the controller and we act as a data processor under the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed for that engagement.

We collect data in three situations:

• When you contact us — name, email address, company, phone (optional), budget, timeline, currency and the message you send via the contact or apply forms.
• When you apply for a job — name, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, portfolio URL, resume link, cover letter and years of experience.
• When you browse the website — IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and referrer (via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager).

We do not collect or store payment information through the website. Client payments are handled separately under signed MSAs.

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about.
• To evaluate job applications and run our hiring process.
• To send a single reply (we do not subscribe you to a newsletter without explicit consent).
• To understand site usage in aggregate and improve the experience.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, court orders).

Depending on your jurisdiction, we rely on one or more of:

• Consent — when you voluntarily submit a form or accept cookies.
• Contract — to take steps at your request before entering a contract (proposals, scoping calls).
• Legitimate interest — to operate and secure the website, prevent fraud, and improve our services.
• Legal obligation — to retain records required by law.

We share personal data only with the small number of vendors we use to run the business:

• Cloud and database providers (e.g. Neon, Cloudinary, Vercel) for hosting.
• Analytics providers (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) for site usage data.
• Email and communication providers for replying to your inquiries.
• Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) when required.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers for retargeting beyond the standard Google Analytics + LinkedIn / Meta pixel use disclosed in the cookie banner where shown.

• Contact inquiries: up to 24 months, after which they are anonymized.
• Job applications: 12 months for active consideration, or longer if you ask us to keep your profile on file.
• Analytics data: standard Google Analytics 4 retention (14 months) unless extended for a specific reason.
• Client-engagement records: as required by the MSA and Indian tax law (typically 7 years).

We use industry-standard measures: TLS for data in transit, encrypted databases at rest, access control on admin systems, audit logs for sensitive actions, and a documented incident-response plan. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the same care we would expect for our own.

Subject to your local law, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your data (right to erasure / be forgotten).
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive a portable copy of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is our basis).
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@orynticlabs.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We respond within 30 days.

We use a minimal set of first- and third-party cookies, primarily for Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. These help us understand how visitors find and use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — most of the site works without them.

We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising profiling.

We are based in India and may transfer data internationally to providers in the US, EU and UK. Where required (for EU/UK residents), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by the respective regulators.

The site is intended for businesses and professionals; we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data, email support@orynticlabs.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
